We’ll visit your property or view the photos & videos uploaded to our form to assess its condition and determine the best listing price by analyzing it compared to comparable properties recently sold. We’ll share this CMA with you to let you have the final decision on the price to list your property.

Sign the Paperwork:
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll sign the paperwork outlining our services for a flat fee of $5,000. We will also guide you through all of the necessary disclosures and contracts needed to sell your home.

Prepare Your Property
We’ll help you prepare your property for listing, including staging advice and professional photography.

List Your Property & Coordinate Showings:
We’ll create a compelling listing and publish it on multiple platforms to attract potential buyers. Our marketing strategy will ensure maximum exposure for your property through online advertising and open houses.
06.
Negotiate Offers & Close
We’ll represent your interests during negotiations and help you evaluate offers. Once an offer is accepted, we’ll guide you through the contract and closing process. We’ll facilitate the closing process and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
